Gang Plank Hanger Part# 6005$ 7.20 |
One end of the Gang Plank will rest on shore with the boards on their side for a gradual transition from the ground to the first section. Gang Planks can be up to 10' long depending on the quality of your lumber. Avoid boards with large knots that may weaken. You'll need 2 bolts to go down through the plank then through each hanger. One bolt is needed to hold hanger where it rests on stationary dock section. Use 2 hangers on a 4' wide gang plank. Use 3 on a 6' wide gang plank. When building stairs down a banking, a short gang plank is a great solution to reach your top step from a rounded hill or banking. | ||
