4×4 Post Dock Hardware

We supply a variety of brackets, braces, and bric-a-brac for your 4×4 post dock platforms!

Brackets used on 4×4 posts are height adjustable and can be bolted along the sides of your dock where legs are needed. Generally a 4’x10′ dock section has 4 legs on the first section and two dock legs on the next sections. The 4×4 post feet work as mud pads in soft ground and each has a hole to allow a 4×4 post to pass through. As a result, post feet are height adjustable.

DIYers may find spiking the end of the 4×4 posts with a circular saw makes them easier to drive into the ground, while using a 4×4 post driving cap. This helps stabilize the entire dock and anchor it down. The deeper you drive them, the more holding power they have. The 4×4 Brace Clamps for 4×4 post support are for attaching 2×4 lumber from post to post to act as bracing on a dock or deck. A dock with 4×4 post support hardware can be installed relatively easily with two people.
